I am glad you posted this info as my daughter lives in North Central Florida. I know some Floridians look forward to mild hurricanes as they refill all the fresh water resevoirs.
I also enjoy "Environmental Voice of the South" which is a florida ecology group..they also posted satellight photos of the oil spill. It was much further from Florida than I originally thought though the damage will still be felt.
